Before entering government, she held significant roles in the banking sector, including serving as the deputy director of the Federal Banking Agency from 2017 to 2023. An academic with a PhD in economics, she has also lectured at the University of Vitez. As minister, she has focused on international cooperation, cultural heritage preservation, and public administration reform.
