Dumitrița Albu

Dumitrița Albu is a Romanian politician currently serving as a Member of the Chamber of Deputies, representing the Diaspora constituency. Elected in 2024, she initially ran on the list of the Young People's Party before becoming an independent deputy in September 2025. Within the Parliament, she serves as secretary of the Committee for Communities of Romanians Living Abroad and is a member of the Committee for European Affairs. Her legislative work focuses on advocating for the rights and interests of the Romanian diaspora through various legislative initiatives and parliamentary inquiries.
