Ed Case

Ed Case is an American politician and lawyer currently serving as the U.S. Representative for Hawaii's 1st congressional district, a position he has held since 2019. Previously, he represented Hawaii's 2nd congressional district from 2002 to 2007 and served as the Majority Leader in the Hawaii State Legislature. Known as a moderate or conservative Democrat, Case has focused on fiscal responsibility, environmental protection, and regional Pacific interests throughout his career. He is a member of the House Committee on Appropriations and has been recognized for his bipartisan approach to legislative issues.
