Edward Braunstein

Edward Braunstein is an American politician currently serving as a member of the New York State Assembly, representing the 26th Assembly District in Queens. He earned a Bachelor of Science in finance from the State University of New York at Albany and later graduated magna cum laude from New York Law School in 2009. Prior to his election to the Assembly in 2010, he worked as a legislative assistant to Assembly Speaker Sheldon Silver and served on Queens Community Board 11. Throughout his tenure, he has focused on local legislative issues and community advocacy within his district.
