伊藤 英治

Eiji Ito is a Japanese politician serving as a member of the Hiroshima Prefectural Assembly, representing the Mihara City and Sera District constituency. Before entering politics, he worked at IBM Japan and later served as the representative director of Hongo Kenzai Kogyo Co., Ltd. He was first elected to the prefectural assembly in 2019 and is currently serving his second term. His political career was significantly influenced by his experience as a victim of the 2018 West Japan heavy rain disaster, which motivated him to address regional infrastructure and administrative challenges. He is committed to regional revitalization and addressing issues such as the declining birthrate and aging population.
