Elaine Masukat

Elaine T. Masukat is a Filipino lawyer and government official currently serving as the Secretary of the Presidential Management Staff under the administration of President Bongbong Marcos. A graduate of the San Beda College of Law, she previously worked as an associate at the Marcos Ochoa Serapio Tan Law Firm and served as the City Administrator of Navotas. Throughout her career, she has held various roles in local and national government, including serving as a consultant and chief of staff for congressman Toby Tiangco.
