Elda Castillo Quintana is a Mexican educator and politician currently serving as a Federal Deputy for the 1st District of Campeche in the LXVI Legislature (2024–2027). A member of the National Regeneration Movement (Morena), she previously served as a local deputy in the Congress of the State of Campeche from 2023 to 2024. Before entering legislative politics, she had a long career as a preschool educator and school director, and served as the Secretary General of the Morena state committee in Campeche.
