Elena Segura Trejo is a Mexican politician and lawyer who served as the interim head of the Venustiano Carranza Delegation in 2012. She holds a law degree from the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM), specifically from the FES Acatlán campus. Throughout her career, she has held various administrative and legislative roles, including serving as a substitute federal deputy during the LX Legislature in 2006. Her professional background also includes leadership positions at the Mexico City Housing Institute (INVI) and the Trust for Housing, Social and Urban Development (FIVIDESU). She has been involved with organizations such as the National Institute for Women in the Federal District and the Mexican Foundation for Educational Promotion for the Prevention and Early Detection of Breast Cancer.
