Eliana Pintor Marin

Eliana Pintor Marin is an American politician serving as a member of the New Jersey General Assembly, representing the 29th Legislative District since 2013. A member of the Democratic Party, she has held the influential position of Assembly Budget Committee Chair since 2018. Born in Newark, New Jersey, to Portuguese immigrant parents, she was the first in her family to graduate from college. Before her legislative career, she worked in investment banking and currently serves as a division manager in the Essex County Clerk's office. She is known for her focus on budget, commerce, and economic development policy.
