Elisa Spiropali is an Albanian politician and a prominent member of the Socialist Party. Born in Tirana, she pursued her higher education in Canada and the United States, graduating from Mount Holyoke College in 2005. Before entering national politics, she was active in youth organizations such as MJAFT!. Since her election to the Albanian Parliament in 2013, she has held several high-profile roles, including Minister of State for Relations with the Parliament and Speaker of the Parliament of Albania.
