Elizabeth Embry

Elizabeth Embry is an American politician currently serving as a member of the Maryland House of Delegates for District 43A, having assumed office in January 2023. A graduate of Yale University and Columbia Law School, she previously held significant legal roles, including serving as a deputy prosecutor for the Baltimore State's Attorney and as chief of the criminal division for the Maryland Attorney General. Throughout her career, Embry has been a prominent candidate in Baltimore politics, running for mayor in 2016 and for Lieutenant Governor of Maryland in 2018.
