Elmano Férrer

Elmano Férrer is a Brazilian politician and lawyer who served as a Senator for the state of Piauí from 2015 to 2023. Prior to his tenure in the Federal Senate, he served as the Mayor of Teresina from 2010 to 2013, having previously held the position of Vice-Mayor. Throughout his career, he has worked as an agronomist and public servant, holding various administrative roles including Secretary of Planning and Secretary of Labor for the state of Piauí. He is affiliated with the Progressives party.
