Els Sterckx

Els Sterckx is a Belgian politician and a member of the Flemish Parliament representing the Antwerp region since 2019. Before entering politics, she served in the Belgian army and trained as an ambulance driver with the Royal School Medical Service. In addition to her parliamentary duties, she serves as a municipal councilor in Herentals, where she acts as the group leader for the Vlaams Belang party. Within the Flemish Parliament, her legislative work focuses primarily on matters related to animal welfare.
