Elvis Chishala Nkandu is a Zambian politician currently serving as the Minister of Youth, Sport and Arts. Born on December 31, 1971, in Northern Zambia, he holds a diploma in management and administration. In August 2021, he was elected as the Member of Parliament for the Kaputa constituency representing the United Party for National Development (UPND). Shortly after his election, he was appointed to the cabinet by President Hakainde Hichilema. In March 2025, he further expanded his political responsibilities by being appointed as the Deputy Spokesperson for the UPND.
