Elysa Chen is a Singaporean politician and current Member of Parliament for the Bishan East–Sin Ming division of the Bishan–Toa Payoh Group Representation Constituency, having assumed office in 2025. Before entering politics, she worked as a crime reporter for Singapore Press Holdings, a lecturer at Hwa Chong Institution, and a church pastor. Since 2018, she has served as the Executive Director of CampusImpact, a youth-centered social service agency. Chen holds a bachelor's degree in communication and media studies from Nanyang Technological University and a Master of Divinity from Trinity Theological College.
