Emerson Levy

Emerson Levy is an American attorney and politician currently serving as a member of the Oregon House of Representatives for the 53rd district. First elected in November 2022, she assumed office in January 2023. Outside of her legislative duties, Levy works as a self-employed renewable energy attorney and previously served as a real estate due diligence consultant at Sustainable Capital Finance. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in international business from Brigham Young University and a Juris Doctor from Whittier Law School.
