Emilie Kornheiser

Emilie Kornheiser is an American politician serving as a member of the Vermont House of Representatives representing the Windham district. Born in Louisville, Kentucky, and raised in New York, she earned a Bachelor of Arts in sociology from Marlboro College. Before her legislative career, she was appointed to the Vermont Commission on Women in 2017. Since her election in 2018, she has focused on policy areas including right-to-repair legislation and tax reform, currently serving as the Chair of the Ways and Means committee.
