Emily Carris-Duncan

Emily Carris-Duncan is an American politician serving as a Democratic member of the Vermont House of Representatives for the Windham 6 District, a position she has held since 2025. A fifth-generation Vermonter, she comes from a family with a history of public service, as her father, William Carris, previously served in the Vermont Senate.
