Emmylou Taliño-Mendoza is a Filipina politician currently serving as the Governor of Cotabato. She has had a long career in public service, having previously served as a representative for the first congressional district of Cotabato from 2001 to 2010 and as the province's vice governor. Throughout her tenure, she has focused on agricultural development and farmer support. Mendoza holds an Executive Master in National Security Administration from the National Defense College of the Philippines and has been a consistent presence in provincial governance since her early career as a Sangguniang Kabataan chairperson.
