Enrico Trantino

Enrico Trantino is an Italian politician and lawyer who has served as the Mayor of Catania since June 2023. A long-time figure in local politics, he previously served as a municipal councilor and as a city assessor for urban planning and public works. Trantino began his political involvement at a young age within the Italian Social Movement and later aligned with the National Alliance and Brothers of Italy. Beyond his political career, he is a practicing lawyer and has held various professional roles, including serving as a federal prosecutor for the Italian Football Federation.
