Ephraim Biraaro Gashanga is a Ugandan politician and legislator currently serving as the Member of Parliament for Buhweju West constituency. Before his parliamentary career, he served as a Bushenyi district councillor and as the vice-chairperson of Buhweju district. A former manager of several tea factories, Biraaro is also recognized as a prominent farmer specializing in coffee, tea, and banana production. In the 11th Parliament, he is a member of the Committee on Equal Opportunities and has been an advocate for consumer rights regarding utility services.
