Eric Albus

Eric Albus is an American politician serving as a Republican member of the Montana House of Representatives for the 28th district, which encompasses parts of Cascade and Chouteau counties. Elected in 2024 after defeating his opponent with 77% of the vote, he began his legislative service in 2025. During his tenure, he has been assigned to the House Appropriations Committee and the Joint Appropriations Committee for Natural Resources and Transportation. Outside of his political career, Albus is a fourth-generation rancher and farmer who co-owns Milk River Outfitters, where he works as a hunting guide.
