Éric Lefebvre

Éric Lefebvre is a Canadian politician serving as a Member of Parliament for the electoral district of Richmond—Arthabaska. Prior to his federal role, he served as a member of the National Assembly of Quebec for Arthabaska from 2016 to 2025, initially representing the Coalition Avenir Québec before transitioning to an independent status. His earlier career includes serving as a city councillor for Victoriaville from 2001 to 2009. Lefebvre gained national attention in 2018 for a public marriage proposal made during a session of the National Assembly.
