Erin Maye Quade

Erin Maye Quade is an American politician serving as a member of the Minnesota Senate since 2023. A member of the Democratic–Farmer–Labor Party, she previously served in the Minnesota House of Representatives from 2017 to 2019 and was the first LGBTQ person to be endorsed on a major Minnesota political party's gubernatorial ticket in 2018. Throughout her career, Maye Quade has been a vocal advocate for gun control, healthcare policy, and social justice. She is recognized for her community organizing background and her legislative work, including efforts to combat digital exploitation.
