Euclid Tsakalotos is a Greek economist and politician currently serving as a Member of the Hellenic Parliament. Born in Rotterdam and raised in the United Kingdom, he pursued an extensive academic career in economics at institutions including the University of Oxford and the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. A former member of Syriza, he served as the Minister of Finance of Greece from 2015 to 2019, playing a central role in negotiations regarding the country's third bailout package.
