Eva Biaudet is a Finnish politician and a long-serving Member of the Parliament of Finland. She first served in the legislature from 1991 to 2006 and returned to office in 2015. Throughout her career, she held the position of Minister of Social Services between 1999 and 2003. Biaudet also served as the Ombudsman for Minorities from 2010 to 2015 and was the Swedish People's Party candidate in the 2012 Finnish presidential election. Recognized for her international advocacy against human trafficking, she was awarded the French Legion of Honour in 2008.
