Fabrice Loher

Fabrice Loher is a French politician who has served as the Mayor of Lorient since 2020. A graduate of the Paris Institute of Political Studies, he spent much of his early career working for the Île-de-France Regional Council and as a municipal services director. After years as a local opposition leader in Lorient, he secured the mayoralty in 2020, ending decades of socialist governance in the city. In 2024, he briefly served as the Minister Delegate for the Sea and Fisheries in the government of Prime Minister Michel Barnier. He was re-elected as Mayor of Lorient in 2026.
