Fabricio Valencia

Fabricio Valencia Gibaja is a Peruvian lawyer and official who served as the Minister of Culture of Peru under the government of Dina Boluarte from September 2024 to October 2025. Born in Cuzco, he earned his law degree from the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru and specialized in the legal treatment of cultural heritage, holding a master's degree in Museology and Cultural Management. Throughout his career, he has worked within the state sector on cultural heritage and legal advisory, served as a university professor, and represented the Franciscan Order in legal matters concerning the historic center of Lima.
