Fatima Ezzahra El Mansouri

Fatima Ezzahra El Mansouri is a Moroccan politician and lawyer serving as the Minister of National Territorial Planning, Urban Planning, Housing and City Policy, as well as the mayor of Marrakesh. A prominent figure of the Authenticity and Modernity Party (PAM), she has also led the party as part of a collective leadership. Trained in law at the University of Montpellier, she practiced as a lawyer specializing in commercial and real estate transactions before entering public service. First elected mayor of Marrakesh in 2009—becoming one of the city's notable female municipal leaders—she later returned to the office following the 2021 general elections and has focused on transparent governance and urban development.
