
Felipe Chapman

Felipe Chapman is the Minister of Economy and Finance of Panama, assuming office in July 2024 under President José Raúl Mulino. An experienced economist and financial executive, he earned a BA in Economics from Brown University and an MBA from INCAE Business School. Before entering public service, he built a distinguished career spanning over three decades in the private financial and business sectors, serving as managing partner and chairman of the board of INDESA, as well as holding leadership roles in institutions such as the Panama Stock Exchange.
