Felix Magalela Sibanda is a Zimbabwean politician, activist, and community organizer currently serving as a member of parliament for Magwegwe in Bulawayo representing the Movement for Democratic Change – Tsvangirai (MDC-T) party, where he has also held the position of national vice spokesperson. A veteran trade unionist and former president of the Zimbabwe Teachers Union, he has a long history of labor activism, including leading civil servants' strikes in the 1980s. He is also a prominent human rights advocate, known for founding the Post Independence Survivors' Trust to campaign against the Gukurahundi massacres and support victims.
