Gabbuza Joel Gabuza is a Zimbabwean politician and Member of Parliament representing Binga under the Movement for Democratic Change – Tsvangirai (MDC-T) party. He previously served as the Minister of Water Resources and Development from 2009 to 2013 during the Government of National Unity formed between Zanu-PF and the opposition.
