Soda Zhemu is a Zimbabwean politician and member of the ruling Zanu-PF party who currently serves as a Member of the National Assembly representing the Muzarabani North constituency. He previously served as the Minister of Energy and Power Development, having been appointed to the cabinet in August 2020 by President Emmerson Mnangagwa. Zhemu holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in accounting from the Zimbabwe Open University and has also attained a Master of Business Administration. Throughout his career, he has focused on national energy policy and legislative duties within the Zimbabwean parliament.
