Fikrat Mammadov

Fikrat Mammadov is an Azerbaijani lawyer and politician serving as the Minister of Justice of the Azerbaijan Republic since 2000. He graduated from the Law faculty of Moscow State University in 1977 and subsequently built an extensive career within the prosecutor's office, holding various senior prosecutorial roles including Deputy Prosecutor General. Over his tenure, he has been re-appointed multiple times and has contributed significantly to judicial and legal reforms in Azerbaijan, earning numerous domestic and international honors.
