Finlay Carson is a Scottish Conservative Party politician who has served as the Member of the Scottish Parliament (MSP) for Galloway and West Dumfries since 2016. Before his election to the Scottish Parliament, he served as a councillor for Castle Douglas and Glenkens starting in 2012. Carson, who holds a degree in agriculture, previously worked in the IT sector.
