Fiona Hyslop is a Scottish politician who has served as a Member of the Scottish Parliament (MSP) since 1999, representing the Lothians region until 2011 and the Linlithgow constituency thereafter. A long-serving member of the Scottish National Party, she has held various cabinet positions, including Cabinet Secretary for Education and Lifelong Learning, Cabinet Secretary for Culture, and Cabinet Secretary for Transport.
