Flamur Hoxha is an Albanian politician and entrepreneur serving as a Member of the Parliament of Albania for the Democratic Party. Born in Kukës, he experienced political persecution during the communist era before becoming an active participant in the student movement of December 1990. A successful businessman in the garment and construction sectors, he has been a long-time member of the Democratic Party's National Council. Hoxha is also known for his philanthropic support of Albanian literature, history, and sports.
