Flora Buka is a Zimbabwean politician born in 1968 who serves as a Member of Parliament representing the Gokwe-Nembudziya constituency for ZANU-PF. In her political career, she has held ministerial responsibilities including Minister of State for Special Affairs Responsible for Land and Resettlement Programme, as well as Minister of State in the Office of Vice-President Joseph Msika.
