Fox Odoi-Oywelowo is a Ugandan lawyer and former legislator who served in the Parliament of Uganda representing the West Budama North East constituency. A prominent human rights advocate, he is known for his constitutional law practice and his vocal opposition to anti-LGBTQ+ legislation, notably being the only member of parliament to vote against the Anti-Homosexuality Act in 2023. Before his legislative career, he held various legal roles, including senior legal counsel to the President of Uganda and head of prosecutions for the Presidential Guard Brigade. He lost his parliamentary seat in the 2026 general election.
