Francisco Manuel Freitas Gomes is a Portuguese political scientist and politician currently serving as a member of the Assembly of the Republic. He previously served in the same body between 2014 and 2015 as a member of the Social Democratic Party (PSD). Throughout his career, he has held various roles in regional government and municipal assemblies in Madeira. After leaving the PSD, he joined the Chega party and was elected to the national parliament in March 2024 to represent the Madeira constituency.
