Francisco Pelayo Covarrubias

Francisco Pelayo Covarrubias is a Mexican politician currently serving as a member of the Chamber of Deputies of the Congress of the Union, having been elected in the 2024 general election. A member of the National Action Party (PAN), he previously served as a federal deputy in the 62nd Congress from 2012 to 2015 and as the municipal president of Comondú from 2015 to 2018. In 2021, he was the PAN nominee for the governorship of Baja California Sur. He holds a degree in marketing from the Universidad del Valle de Atemajac.
