Frank Luhmann is a German politician and a member of the Christian Democratic Union (CDU). Born in 1986 in West Berlin, he grew up in the Berlin-Tempelhof district and works professionally as an undertaker. Luhmann began his political engagement with the Junge Union in 2006 and served as a citizen deputy in the economic committee of the Tempelhof-Schöneberg district assembly from 2017 to 2023. After an unsuccessful attempt in the 2021 election, he successfully won the direct mandate for the Tempelhof-Schöneberg 4 constituency in the 2023 repeat election, securing his seat in the Abgeordnetenhaus of Berlin.
