Fredrick Ngobi Gume is a Ugandan politician currently serving as a Member of Parliament for the Bulamogi North West Constituency in the eleventh Parliament of Uganda. He also holds the position of State Minister for Cooperatives, having been appointed to the cabinet in 2016. Throughout his career, Gume has served as the LC5 chairperson for Jinja District and held leadership roles in various local government associations, including the Uganda Local Government Association. Beyond his political career, he is an experienced human resource manager and a large-scale coffee farmer.
