Clare Mugumya

Clare Mugumya is a Ugandan politician and legislator serving as the Woman Member of Parliament for Isingiro District in the eleventh Parliament of Uganda. A member of the National Resistance Movement, she was elected to her seat in 2021 with over 105,000 votes. In her parliamentary capacity, she serves on the Committee on Government Assurances and Implementations, where she has been involved in oversight regarding public health service fees. Additionally, she is known for her philanthropic efforts, including the establishment of a bursary program in partnership with Metropolitan University to support students.
