Freya Perdaens

Freya Perdaens is a Belgian politician representing the New Flemish Alliance (N-VA). She has served as a member of the Flemish Parliament since 2019, representing the Antwerp constituency. In addition to her parliamentary duties, she has been a member of the Mechelen municipal council since 2016, where she serves as the leader of the opposition. Perdaens, who holds a degree in communications from UCLouvain, previously worked as a recruitment consultant and in marketing. Throughout her political career, she has been a vocal advocate for LGBT rights.
