新堀 史明

Fumiaki Shinbori is a Japanese politician currently serving as a member of the Kanagawa Prefectural Assembly, representing the Minami-ku district of Yokohama. Born in 1963, he comes from a family with a history of public service in the prefecture. After working in the private sector for companies including Keikyu Enterprise, he was first elected to the prefectural assembly in 2015. During his tenure, he has focused on social welfare, including the promotion of disability welfare ordinances, and has held various leadership roles within the Liberal Democratic Party's prefectural caucus.
