三石文隆

Fumitaka Mitsuishi is a Japanese politician currently serving as a member of the Kochi Prefectural Assembly. First elected in 1999, he has served seven terms and has held significant leadership roles, including serving as the 104th Speaker of the Kochi Prefectural Assembly. Before entering politics, he worked as a junior high school teacher for 16 years. His policy priorities include promoting industrial development, enhancing education, strengthening disaster prevention measures for the Nankai Trough earthquake, and improving public health and welfare.
