Gazi Enamul Haque

Gazi Enamul Haque is a Bangladeshi politician, lawyer, and writer currently serving as a member of the Jatiya Sangsad representing the Jessore-5 constituency. Born on September 6, 1957, in Manirampur Upazila, Jessore District, he completed his education at the University of Dhaka, earning LLB and LLM degrees, and subsequently became an advocate of the Bangladesh Supreme Court. He has a long history of political activism and participation in national democratic movements, eventually winning election to the parliament in February 2026 as a candidate for Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami.
