Gene Dornink

Gene Dornink is an American politician serving as a member of the Minnesota Senate, representing District 23. Born in 1962, he was raised on a dairy farm in southern Minnesota and spent many years working as a union carpenter before establishing his own carpentry business. Dornink entered the state legislature after defeating an incumbent in the 2020 election and was subsequently reelected in 2022. He resides in Brownsdale, Minnesota, with his wife and their twelve children.
