Georg Strasser

Georg Strasser is an Austrian politician and member of the National Council, representing the Austrian People's Party (ÖVP). Since 2013, he has served as a member of the Austrian Parliament and currently chairs the Committee for Forestry and Agriculture. Beyond his parliamentary duties, he has held the position of President of the Austrian Farmers' League since 2017. A trained agricultural engineer, Strasser previously served as the mayor of Nöchling from 2009 to 2017 and continues to manage a farm with his wife.
